✨ Art of ConnectionFerrytale Event Designs, in partnership with Wedly x the Erie Art Museum, is bringing event vendors together for a night of networking, connection and showcasing what you do!
📅 November 16
⏰ 6:00–8:30 PM
📍 Erie Art Museum
This event is open to ALL event professionals!
HERE’S THE PLAN 👇
6:00–6:30 | Welcome & Mingle
Come in, grab a drink, get settled and start meeting other vendors!
6:30 SHARP | SPEED NETWORKING ⚡️
Bring your business cards!
You’ll have 5 quick minutes with each vendor before we switch. We’ll provide suggested questions to help get the conversation going, so there’s no pressure to figure out what to talk about.
Quick. Easy. Low pressure. Just introduce yourself, talk about your business and make some new connections!
Around 7:45 | OPEN NETWORKING & VENDOR SHOWCASES
After speed networking, we’ll open things up for more casual networking and vendor showcases.
Vendors will have the OPTION to showcase their work at a table if they’d like!
Have new linens you want to show off?
A fun photo booth?
A specialty drink?
New rentals?
A delicious sample from your catering or charcuterie business?
Bring it!
This is a great opportunity to let other event professionals see, experience and learn about what you offer so they can better recommend your business to their own clients.
Think of this as a relaxed night to meet the people behind the businesses, make connections and build relationships within the event industry. 🤍
We’ll have the setup and the structure. All you need to do is show up, bring your business cards and be ready to mingle!
🎟️ Suggested donation: $25 to the Erie Art Museum
