Art in the A.M. Glenwood Cemetery

LOCATION: Glenwood Cemetery

2525 Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007

PRICE: Free
DATE: October 17 , 2026
TIME: 10:00 - 11:30 am

Join me for my annual October visit to Glenwood Cemetery to take in the inspiring monuments and natural park setting. We will walk the grounds and write from prompts that I have created just for this space. After we have had time to look around and write, we will talk about what we found and, for those who would like to, share our work.

Art in the A.M. is not just for writers. Visual artists are welcome to come and sketch, photograph, or whatever the prompt inspires them to do.
