About this Event
Inclusive and accessible art club to enhance your wellbeing, create headspace and let your creativity flow.
In a world where we are always on, this is your chance to switch off!
Art Club is a safe space where you will have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself in these relaxed sessions during which we work in a different medium each week.
We create an environment where you work at your own pace and, through the process of making art, will reframe your thinking, create headspace, learn to trust yourself and practice positive habit-building with the guidance and support of artist and neurodivergent specialist Zoë, who's personal journey led her to practice art as therapy.
In the spacious upstairs studio at Homerton Library; 5 mins from Homerton Overground station, come and find your tribe and start to create the mental space you crave and learn skills to be able to live your life authentically and unapologetically.
You will be guided through the sessions as we work through and talk about over coming life's difficulties and practice good intentions.
Please note: You can arrive late, leave early, have as many breaks as you require this is a non judgmental accepting class for you! No previous experience of art practice neccesary.
