Art & Wellness Workshop for TEENS
Workshop #3: My Recharge Kit
Workshop Date: Saturday Dec 5, 2026 • 1:00–2:30 pm
Last day to register: Tuesday Dec 1, 2026
Location: 911 Golf Links Road, Suite 200, Ancaster, Ontario
Price: $50 per workshop • all materials included
In this 90-minute creative workshop, teens ages 11–16 will explore stress, energy, self-awareness, and the different things that help us recharge.
Through art and creative activities, participants will explore what can drain their personal “battery” and discover the different ways people rest, reset, connect, move, create, and recharge.
Each participant will decorate and personalize their own Recharge Kit and fill it with ideas and reminders of activities, people, sensory experiences, and strategies that work for them. The focus isn't on finding the “perfect” way to cope, but on recognizing that different people—and different brains—may need different things at different times.
No artistic experience is needed, and there is no “right” way to create. Participants are always welcome to engage and share at their own comfort level.
This workshop is the final workshop in our three-part Teen Art & Wellness Series.
Missed the earlier workshops? No problem!
Each workshop is designed to stand on its own, so participants are welcome to attend even if they did not attend Workshops #1 or #2.
Price: $50 for one workshop • all materials included
Series price: $135 for all 3 workshops
