Aromatherapy + Restorative Yoga

You are invited to unwind, restore, and reconnect with Thistle Farms’ aromatherapy expert Sherri Roddick and Deep Roots Whole Women Wellness yoga instructor Miranda Fuller. This gentle class combines deeply relaxing yoga postures with the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy. Using supportive props, we’ll hold restful poses for extended periods to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite stillness. Soothing essential oils will be offered to enhance relaxation, ease stress, and uplift the senses.

Perfect for all levels—no experience needed. Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed.
