Beat the heat with light-impact cardio at the PLU Pool all summer long!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Move naturally with an hour long open pool session with lanes reserved for both lap swimming and aqua walking, followed by time to connect with neighbors.
Lifeguards will be on-site but there won't be any swimming lessons being offered. So for everyone's safety, please be comfortable and familiar with being in the water.
