About the Presentation:
How Owners, Behaviours, and Collaboration Unlock Data‑Driven Cost, Schedule & Risk Management
Infrastructure projects face unprecedented complexity—climate pressures, economic volatility, supply chain disruptions, and labour shortages. These macro challenges demand new approaches to cost, schedule, and risk management. Digital twins and AI offer powerful capabilities, but their value is rarely realized because success depends far more on owner behaviours, data requirements, collaboration models, and governance than on technology itself.
Drawing on our infrastructure work, global case studies, and recent insights, this session reframes digital twins as a project controls accelerator. We will present how “building it digitally first” strengthens estimating, forecasting, scenario planning, schedule integration, risk identification, and reporting—if organizations create the right environment for data‑driven delivery.
