This is an instructor‑led, classroom‑style session focused on designing and building AI‑powered workflows using low‑code automation platforms. This hands‑on workshop will guide participants through creating custom automated workflows that integrate AI tools to improve productivity and streamline everyday operations. Participants will learn practical workflow design principles and apply them in real time through guided instruction and live examples.

She is the founder and executive owner of TD’s Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence and led TD’s first agentic use case in Commercial Banking. As a recognized thought leader, Saima speaks globally on AI and enterprise transformation and brings a human‑centric, execution‑focused approach to scaling AI.
SME - Shahrzad Amin Ranjbar
Shahrzad is a Data Scientist and AI/ML Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions across banking and financial services. Currently a Senior Consultant at EY, she specializes in building scalable, explainable, and ethical machine learning systems using Python, Spark, Azure, and Databricks. Shahrzad has led high‑impact initiatives spanning RAG‑based AI agents, predictive analytics, and ML platforms that drive measurable revenue and operational value.
