Apres Run Club + Breathwork for Performance
We're back, but this time we bring you Adidas London Pacer JT who will take you on a progressive run programme throughout the Summer to improve your pace and endurance.
JT is a seasoned runner with plenty of marathons and halfs under his belt and is a Nike Coach Educator - he brings a whole lotta experience and energy!
Join us on April 19th for our first event where we will also be welcoming Oxygen Advantage®️ Advanced Instructor, Val, who will share techniques to:
- optimise your mechanics so breathing costs you less energy on the run.
- manage your breath and stay in control when intensity rises.
You'll get practical techniques to use on the run immediately, followed by a 10-minute recovery session post-run to drop your heart rate and help you reset.
Meet at Apres Cafe where you can enjoy coffee, shakes and breakfast bowls after your run as you recover and meet new friends.
