About this Event
The appraisal process is changing, and real estate agents need to understand what is coming before it begins affecting their transactions.
Beginning November 2, 2026, all new appraisal reports submitted to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac must use UAD 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report.
Join Mortgage Broker Brokers Khaled Morad, Amber Stout and State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser Michael Scarpa for a practical Appraisal Brunch & Learn covering:
• What is changing with the new appraisal report
• Which familiar appraisal forms are being replaced
• How condition, renovations, measurements, defects, and unique property features will be documented
• What could create additional appraisal questions or closing delays
• How agents can better prepare their listings, sellers, buyers, and contracts going into 2027
Brunch and Refreshments will be served.
