About this Event
🏠 The appraisal report you have been reading for years is changing.
Starting November 2, 2026, new appraisal reports submitted to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have to use a new standard called UAD 3.6. Lenders that are not ready can request a one-time exception, so which report you see may depend on the lender for a while.
So the next appraisal that lands in your inbox may look different than what you are used to. In this free class, Stephanie Riggi, Loan Officer with Aslan Home Lending, walks through the change in plain English and what it means for your listings, CMAs, and clients.
📋 WHAT WE WILL COVER
What UAD 3.6 is and what is changing
What the new appraisal reports will look like
