This workshop offers a practical, evidence-based application of mindfulness in the real world, including techniques and strategies, and a clear understanding of how positive change begins from the inside.

This experiential 3-hour workshop is focussed on giving helpful, simple tools and strategies to lean into when life gets stressful, organised around the following topics:
- Understanding our reaction to the world
- Unpacking stress and learning how to manage stress more skilfully
- The neuroscience of mindfulness - what the research tells us
- Developing emotional regulation strategies
- Designing an individual mindfulness practice plan
