At Andy's Man Club, we want to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgement-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives.We aim to achieve this through weekly, free to attend peer-to-peer support groups for men aged over 18.
Our meetings are between 7-9pm every Monday (except bank holidays) at Livingston Cricket Club which is part of the Livingston South Community Sport and Wellbeing Hub.
No fees or booking required and no record of attendance. Just turn up. We have men from all walks of life and there will be biscuits and tea or coffee available.
