About this Event
The Circle of Light is a year-long journey through sound, stillness, and ceremony - an invitation to attune your energy to the rhythm of the Earth, guided by Stephanie aka Lolo Sound & Energy. Each gathering honours one of the four solar gateways - the Equinoxes and Solstices - offering a sacred pause to realign with nature’s unfolding wisdom.
As the light rises, peaks, softens, and returns, so too do we move through our own seasons of becoming.
From the quiet promise of Spring’s awakening in Rise of the Light, to the radiant fullness of Dance of the Light in Summer, through the gentle balance and release of Autumn’s Ebb of the Light, and into Winter’s tender stillness in Return of the Light - each event is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Through candlelight, guided meditation, and the healing resonance of crystal bowls and gong, you’ll be guided into deeper coherence - body, heart, and spirit in flow with the natural world. Together, we honour the cycles that shape both Earth and Soul, remembering that the light we seek has always been within.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Intention-setting Candle Ceremony
• Restorative sound bath using Frosted Crystal Bowls, Gong* and Shamanic Instruments (*Please note
it it not recommend to receive gong baths during pregnancy. Please join us for a session another time.)
• Soft mattress, cushions, blankets and bolsters are provided.
• Come as you are. No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary.
• Dress comfy.
ATTENDING
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the session, late comers will not be admitted.

STEPHANIE MILL aka LOLO SOUND & ENERGY
Stephanie is a CMA accredited Sound Healing Facilitator and Galactic Reiki Practitioner.
Her journey began with a profound calling to reconnect with the wisdom of the stars, leading her to immerse in the transformative power of vibration, frequency and multidimensional healing. Lolo Sound & Energy was born out of this exploration, and greater understanding into the nature of the worlds around us and within us. Her calming, soulful sessions blend earthy elemental energies with cosmic frequencies, empowering you to see your own light from within and realigning you with the universal flow.
HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
Please note, while sound baths a gentle well-being practice used around the world for centuries there are some instances where it is NOT suitable. These are listed below. Always consult your GP/medical provider for advice if unsure.
• Gong Baths are not suitable during pregnancy.
• Bipolar disorder, aneurysms, epilepsy, seizures present or in the past.
• Cardiovascular problems / heart problems / any previous heart issues.
• Recent surgeries / implants / metal plates inside the body / pacemakers
• Severe tinnitus
