Did you know beer is good for you? Wednesday September 23, come to Oyster City Brewing in Mobile, Alabama to hear some of the health benefits of beer and alcohol with Dr. Anna Lepeley, author of "Beer is Good for You".

Dr. Anna Lepeley has a PhD in Exercise Biochemistry and Nutrition research. Originally a subject matter expert in hydration and the effects of alcohol on hydration status, muscle protein synthesis and testosterone, Dr. Lepeley became a subject matter expert on the health benefits of alcohol (in moderate consumption).
Dr. Lepeley is currently a nationally touring comedian, headlining all over the country and opening for big name headliners. You can also purchase her other published book on tour "19 Habits that Sabatoge your Libido and Make you Fat".
