Here's what Mike is running on: the County Clerk's office touches almost everything ordinary life requires. A title. A deed. A passport. A pistol permit. A DMV trip that shouldn't cost you half a day of work. He wants to extend real clerk service out to the rural towns, put more of it online, and run rolling walk-in days so people who work for a living can actually get there. More revenue, no new taxes, better service.
