Listening for messages or guidance, creating space to finish what needs to be finished, owning, honoring, and embodying the strength and love they have for you… no matter what your experience was with them in the physical realm.
You are invited to bring photos or momentos of loved ones and three stones for an empowering healing ritual that can help to free you from the limiting roles you may play in your relationships. Extra stones will be available. Dress comfortably. We will move and stretch a bit before we settle into a guided meditation. We will enter into a ritual using the stones and close out in a restorative posture accompanied by sound.
