What if you could honor your ancestors, receive their blessings, and begin releasing the patterns you no longer wish to carry?
We inherit more than physical traits from our families. We also inherit stories, traditions, beliefs, survival strategies, and ways of responding to the world.
Some of these inheritances are beautiful gifts. Others may be patterns that once served our ancestors but no longer support the lives we're creating today.
And sometimes, even when we consciously desire change, our nervous systems continue responding in familiar ways.
But honoring our ancestors doesn't mean we must carry everything they carried.
This October, during a season traditionally associated with ancestral remembrance and spiritual connection, you're invited to join Maestra Wyzdom for an intimate evening of shamanic journeying, nervous system education, and sacred ceremony.
Together, we'll explore the relationship between ancestral patterns and nervous system regulation, connect with the wisdom of our lineage, and create space to release what we're ready to leave behind.
What to Expect
Ancestral Wisdom & Nervous System Regulation
We'll begin with a short, accessible lesson exploring how family patterns, learned survival responses, and ancestral experiences can shape our relationship with safety, rest, connection, and emotional regulation.
We'll also explore how ancestral connection can become a meaningful spiritual resource for grounding and support.
Sacred Space & Spiritual Cleansing
We'll open Sacred Medicine Space and prepare for our journey through grounding and intentional spiritual practices. Attendees will be invited to receive an optional energetic cleansing with a ceremonial rattle.
Guided Shamanic Journey
Experience a guided shamanic journey to connect with a benevolent ancestral ally.
You may receive a blessing, a message, spiritual medicine, or guidance concerning a family pattern you're ready to transform.
Whether you're new to shamanic journeying or have practiced for years, you'll be encouraged to approach the experience with curiosity and openness.
Ancestral Water Release Ceremony
We'll close our ceremonial work with a beautiful water ritual. You'll be invited to write a prayer, petition, ancestral name, personal message, or something you're ready to release as a symbolic act of surrender, remembrance, or transformation.
This is an opportunity to honor both what you're releasing and what you're choosing to carry forward.

A Trauma-Informed Sacred Space
This gathering is designed with choice, consent, and personal autonomy at its heart.
You will never be required to share personal experiences, revisit painful memories, or participate in a practice that doesn't feel supportive.
Ancestral connection can hold many emotions and experiences. You are welcome to engage at your own pace, rest when needed, or simply witness portions of the ceremony.
Meet Your Facilitator
Maestra Wyzdom is a Shamanic Healer, Instructor, Spiritual Minister, and founder of Wyzdom DVine Mystery School. She also holds degrees in education, psychology, and social and behavioral sciences.
Her work integrates shamanic spiritual practices, nervous system education, and trauma-informed approaches to spiritual wellness.
Through teaching, ceremony, and experiential learning, she helps people cultivate meaningful relationships with their spiritual practices while honoring the needs of their human experience.
