Some people call this awareness "mindfulness" practice, which can help us reduce stress, enjoy life more, and understand ourselves better.

Who can take part?
These workshops are open to all adults and no previous experience of mindfulness practice is needed.

When: Each 1st Sunday of the month, from 11:30am to 12:30pm
