In this workshop you will learn why market research is important, different research techniques and how to use powerful database tools.
With market research you can:
- Prove there is a genuine market for your product or service
- Learn what trends are affecting your market sector
- Discover who your customers are
- Identify and understand your competitors.
In this workshop we will demonstrate a variety of online databases, including COBRA, Mintel, IBISWorld and Statista.
