He moved to Bordeaux, France, earning his Sommelier Accreditation and gaining experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. Now based in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, Bram is a passionate ambassador for Canadian wine, sharing its unique story and helping showcase the region on the world stage.
