Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors, traditions, and wines of Tuscany as we welcome Diletta Malenchini, owner and winemaker of Malenchini Wines, visiting Charlotte from her family's vineyard just outside Florence, Italy.
For one night only, Chef Christa Csoka and the Artisan's Palate will present a four-course dinner inspired by the cuisine and culture of Tuscany while showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients from North Carolina farms and producers. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a Malenchini wine, creating a unique experience that bridges the rich traditions of Tuscany with the bounty of our local harvest.
Throughout the evening, Diletta will share stories of her family's historic estate, the winemaking traditions of Tuscany, and the passion behind every bottle. Guests will enjoy an intimate opportunity to learn directly from the woman behind the wines while experiencing expertly crafted food and wine pairings.
