The whole band, the full sound-system and special guests, this is going to be a whirlwind of future dub from ancient Scotland! An Dannsa Dub are back with 'Twisted Roots', their third studio album, set for release on 29/10/26 via La Tempesta Dub. A melting pot of their signature dubwise fusion of Scottish traditional music, this time with a deliberate dose of different flavours they’ve found along their musical journey around the world.
Since forming in 2020, An Dannsa Dub—led by Tom Spirals and Euan McLaughlin—have built a reputation for electrifying live performances, earning MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards nominations for Live Act of the Year (2023/24) and leading to extensive shows across the UK, Europe and Asia including shows at Glastonbury, Celtic Connections, No Logo BZH, Festival Interceltique de Lorient, and Goa Sunsplash.
To mark the release of 'Twisted Roots', An Dannsa Dub will embark on a 20 date UK tour, bringing their high-energy, genre-blending live show to audiences across the country featuring Nicky Kirk (Guitar), Maxi Roots (Bass) and Ben Burnside (Drums) plus some special guests along the road.
