As we move toward the October full moon, you're invited into an intimate afternoon of cacao and immersive sound in my private backyard studio to rejuvenate and refresh your Body-Mind-Spirit.
We'll begin with a warm cacao drink, simple breathwork to ground, and a moment to set our intention for the sound bath we'll then receive on the provided reclining lounger.
This is "souly" a sound bath—a time to rest, receive, and let the layers of sound fill the space around you.
The sound experience includes:
• Tibetan bowls
• Crystal singing bowls
• Several Gongs
• Crystal Pyramid
• Chimes
• And other instruments from my collection
With only four participants, the experience is highly personalized, with instruments played throughout the room and directly over and around the body, cleansing and clearing the energetic field.
Sound is not only heard, but felt and deeply received.
We'll close with a short guided meditation to ground and integrate the experience.
Feel free to stay after to enjoy tea and light snacks before transitioning back into your day.

Sound Healing and Hypnotherapy have been Nicole Alcyon's sole professional practice for 22 years, bringing together her deep musical awareness, intuitive sensitivity, and an integrative approach to her work.
Her signature Hypno-Chakra Therapy weaves the deeply relaxing, receptive state of hypnotherapy with the energetic structure of the chakra system, integrating visualization and energy work to create transformative experiences that support deep relaxation, renewal, and a strengthened connection to the Higher Self.
After graduating from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, Nicole received clear guidance to begin working with a chakra set of crystal singing bowls, marking the beginning of her sound healing path.
Since then, she has facilitated private and group sessions, retreats, and courses, holding an attuned, energetically clear, and intentional space that supports release, renewal, and integration.
