As the day softens into evening, come settle in.
Ambient Soundscapes is a monthly sound meditation held at The Mandala School in Bowie, Maryland. Each session guides you through a rich, evolving soundscape, where multichannel ambient music, field recordings, and the resonant vibrations of singing bowls carry you toward deep calm and inner stillness.
No experience required. Just sound, breath, and the quiet of the evening giving way to night.
