Join ALPFA Charlotte for leadership workshops, networking, and professional growth as we turn individual potential into collective impact!About this Event
Join ALPFA Charlotte on November 14 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Northeastern University for our 2026 Leadership Summit: “Powered by Potential: From Self to Collective Impact.” Building on the momentum of our August 2026 Convention we want to continue developing professional skills, leadership, and networking connections. This summit brings together students and professionals for a day of leadership development, interactive workshops, engaging fireside chats, and networking opportunities designed to inspire growth and strengthen our community.
Through our four pillars — Designing the Mindset, Activating Leadership, Embracing Transformation, and Creating the Future Together — attendees will gain practical skills, build meaningful connections, and explore how individual potential can drive collective success. Whether you're starting your career or growing as a leader, join us to learn, connect, and make an impact! Ticket includes breakfast and lunch as well access to all workshops. Tickets will be free for professional gold and premium members.
