🌿Join us for an afternoon of nature discovery and poetry!📍 Meet at The Landing Café
🕒 Nature Walk Begins: 3:00 PM
🌱 Walk concludes back at The Landing Café, followed by the Poetry Night
We'll meet at The Landing Café at 3:00 PM and head out for a guided nature walk along the Gibson Trail, passing the Marysville Heritage Centre. Along the way, we'll enjoy a fun scavenger hunt, observe local nature, and help tidy the trail if needed.
What to bring:
☀️ Hat and sunscreen
👟 Comfortable walking shoes
💧 Water bottle
🔭Binoculars (optional)
♿No special equipment is required. The trail is flat, the venue is accessible, and all are welcome.
☕️After the walk, we'll return to The Landing Café for an environmental-themed poetry night, featuring planned speakers and an opportunity to reflect on nature through poetry, storytelling, and conversation.
