Join us for an engaging evening with AJ Crocker, Executive Director of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Western Canada, as we explore Practice Matters: Forming Faith in Our Kids.
As parents, we all want our children to know and love Jesus. But how do our everyday choices, conversations, habits, and practices help shape a faith that takes root and grows? Together, we’ll consider practical ways parents can intentionally nurture faith in their children and help them develop a lifelong relationship with Christ.
AJ brings more than two decades of experience helping young people follow Jesus and equipping the adults who serve them. He spent 17 years at Briercrest Christian Academy, College & Seminary, where he served as a high school chaplain and later as Vice-President. He also led Youth Quake, one of Canada’s largest youth ministry conferences, for 20 years.
Today, AJ serves Christian schools across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as Executive Director of ACSI Western Canada. His work focuses on spiritual formation, discipleship, and helping Christian schools become communities that form students in both the truth and way of Jesus. AJ holds a BA in Youth Ministry and an MBA in Digital Marketing. He and his wife, Cheryl, have three children.
Grant Church and Linden Christian School are co-hosting this evening, and it is open to parents from all churches, schools, and communities. Whether your children attend a Christian school, public school, homeschool, or another educational setting, you are warmly invited.
Come learn, be encouraged, and connect with other parents who want to faithfully guide their children toward a vibrant and lasting faith in Jesus.
