Need a little time to slow down and get creative?Come along to my next Hand Weaving Workshop!
A whole day of making, slowing down and enjoying a bit of creative headspace. No rushing, no pressure, just you and your weaving loom.
Q. What does the workshop include ?
You'll be making a wall hanging , choosing from the variety of weaving patterns provided. The pattern include :herringbone, diamond weave and basic check weave.You'll also leave with a selection of easy-to-follow weaving patterns to help keep your projects going at home.
Q. Could I just learn it off YouTube?
Nope!
I use my industry knowledge to underpin my teaching. I think it's super important to learn traditional crafts in person, where you can pick up tips and get individual guidance as you go along.
I have a wealth of teaching and textiles experience, from studying at London College of Fashion and training with Hand & Lock Embroidery to working on couture pieces at Fashion Week. You may have also seen me teaching at institutions such as the Fashion Retail Academy and Hertford Regional College.

10am–5pm (6 hours of weaving, plus a lunch break)
Q. What do I need?
Nothing! All materials provided.
Q. Any experience required ?
Nope. Complete beginners welcome!
