A guided floor class for moms and babies, 3–12 months — until baby is walking.Over four Fridays, we'll move through the building blocks of these first big months on the floor: tummy time, rolling, sitting, transitions, and crawling. A baby has to conquer their world on the horizon before they ever navigate it vertically, and these floor skills are where it all begins. I'll be right there guiding you and your baby through exactly what they need at this stage — meeting them where they are, not where a chart says they "should" be. Like Bluey says, it's not a race.
Each week I'll individually assess your baby for where they might be getting stuck, so you go home knowing exactly how to help between sessions. We'll also get into a little of the "why" — a mini lesson on how crawling builds the brain and wires the nervous system for everything that comes next.
I especially recommend this for babies with a history of tension or tightness, but every baby is welcome. You do not have to be a patient to join us. In fact, if you've been on the fence about having your little one checked by a chiropractor, this is a gentle, no-pressure first step.
