Every Halloween when the sun goes down, the Hollywood screens a horror film in their patented highly unique presentation system known as 4D. If you’re a film purist, you’ve been warned. This is an experiential event. Things happen on the screen and off the screen.THE FOG 4D immersed the audience in layers of fog, lighthouse beams, ghostly pirates descending into the audience & more.
For ARACHNOPHOBIA 4D it meant covering the cinema in spider webs, spiders attacking from ceiling and live Avondale spiders from the film in the lobby for selfies.
ForJohn Carpenter’s immortal classic THE THING 4D, the cinema was chilled to the bone, a husky ran through the audience, the Thing made surprise appearances, flame throwers, mist and fog.
This Halloween the 1979 science fiction horror ALIEN 4D will get the same fantastical 4D treatment.
YOU MUST COME EARLY! Doors 7pm
