## !!!AIRBNB STRIKES AGAIN!!!## Join us on The Rooftop @ One Lakefront
Hey there, STR enthusiasts! Ready to level up your Short Term Rental game? Whether you’re just starting out or already a pro, we’ve got something for you.
We’re excited to welcome Chris and Rey as our guest speakers for this month’s meetup! They’ll break down Airbnb’s new house rules policy: what’s a rule, what’s only a request, and what to fix in your listings before the Nov 20 deadline. The talk starts promptly at 6:30 PM, so come early to grab a seat and connect with fellow hosts!
Some drinks and food provided!
Join us at One Lakefront, network, and share ideas with others in the industry.
- Not sure which of your house rules Airbnb will still let you enforce?
- Wondering how to rewrite your checkout instructions so they stay compliant?
- Worried about a guest breaking a rule, or a listing getting flagged?
- Want to connect with like-minded people and trade success stories (or laugh about some epic fails and lessons learned )?
Come learn, come grow, come meet the hosts who get it. (We thought about picketing Airbnb HQ instead. We’re only half kidding.)
>> This is the spot for you! <<
PLEASE RSVP if you plan to attend so we know who is coming and plan accordingly. The door is locked so we will have someone at the complex doors that will buzz you in and show you to the rooftop.
