About this Event
Join us outdoors for Primal Sprint - a high-energy, accessible session designed to give everyone a taste of the official Primal Race experience. Participants will tackle scaled-down versions of signature Primal stations, such as sandbag carries, tyre flips, burpee box jumps, and canister carries. Built for all fitness levels, this open-air workout offers a fun, community-focused introduction to the race before wrapping up with an exciting mini fitness challenge to get everyone moving together.

加入我哋嘅戶外活動「Primal Sprint」——一節高能量、易上手嘅體驗課，讓大家可以感受官方 Primal Race 嘅氣氛。參加者會挑戰多個縮短版嘅招牌 Primal 關卡，例如沙包搬運、車胎翻轉、burpee 箱跳同罐子搬運等。課堂適合任何健身程度，喺開放式環境中以社群為主導，帶嚟一個有趣嘅入門體驗。最後仲會有一個小型挑戰環節，等大家一齊動起嚟，為活動畫上充滿活力嘅句號。
