AI is not only for technology professionals. It can help everyday people organize information, plan responsibilities, improve communication, make decisions, and move important tasks forward.
The AI Workflow Lab is a beginner friendly, hands on workshop for people who have tried AI but still do not know how to turn it into something useful and repeatable.
Bring your laptop and one small problem that wastes your time. You will learn how to turn that messy task into a clear manual AI workflow using a method.
We will work through two shared examples. First, you will watch a parent morning routine demonstration. Then, the class will build a business inquiry workflow together.
After the shared examples, you will use your digital workbook and AI Workflow Coach to begin one small workflow of your own.
By the end of the workshop, you should understand what an AI workflow is, what types of work AI can support, how to protect private information, how to improve an AI response, and how to save your process so you can use it again.
This is not an automation class. We will not connect applications, write code, or allow AI to complete actions without human approval. You will start the process, review the result, and make every final decision.
