About this Event
💻 Artificial Intelligence – Step by Step is a 6-week hands-on workshop series for Denver business owners. This isn't a lecture about what AI could do. Bring your laptop, and you'll leave each session with AI working inside your own business, with a live instructor at your side.
Small groups only, so everyone gets hands-on help. Each workshop stands on its own, but they build on each other, so come to all of them if you can.
Workshop 2: Outbound Sales Agents
Monday, January 11 · 6–9pm
Build an AI-assisted outreach system that finds the right prospects, writes personal messages, and keeps follow-up from falling through the cracks. You stay in control of what goes out.
What we'll cover:
• Define your ideal customer: turn "anyone who needs us" into a sharp profile: industry, size, role, location, and the trigger that makes them buy now.
• Build a target list: how to structure a prospect list and use AI to research each company before you reach out.
• Write outreach that sounds like you: turn your best pitch into a 3–4 step sequence that AI personalizes for each prospect, with no generic spam.
• Plan your follow-up cadence: when to follow up and when to stop, plus how AI can flag the replies that need you right away.
• Handle replies faster: draft responses to common questions and objections so hot leads get answered in minutes.
• Stay out of the spam folder: sending habits that protect your reputation, and staying compliant with email marketing rules.
• Track what matters: the few numbers that tell you if outreach is working: reply rate, meetings booked, deals closed.
You'll walk out with:
• A clear ideal-customer profile
• Your first outreach sequence written and ready to launch
• A repeatable weekly prospecting routine you can run in under an hour
