This beginner-friendly workshop with Agnes Goh of AI-Celerates Business starts with the work you are already doing in your business.
We’ll look at everyday tasks and processes that are repeated, time-consuming, difficult to get started, or regularly recreated from scratch, and explore where AI may be able to help.
Through practical demonstrations, Agnes will show how clearer instructions, useful context and personalization can help AI produce results that better reflect your business and the way you communicate.
The session will also cover important considerations when using AI, including protecting confidential information, checking facts and reviewing AI-generated work before using it.
No technical background or previous AI experience is required.

About the Facilitator
Agnes Goh is the Founder of AI-Celerates Business, an AI Implementation Partner helping business owners identify where AI can genuinely add value and apply it to real business needs.
Agnes has been building and running businesses since 2008, bringing experience in operations, workflow improvement, organizational leadership, coaching and entrepreneurship.
Today, she works hands-on with small and mid-sized businesses to understand their operational needs, design practical AI solutions, implement them and support their teams in using them confidently.
She is a Certified AI Consultant and Certified Professional Coach and leads AI-Celerates Business in Canada and Singapore.
Agnes believes AI doesn't need to be complicated or intimidating to be useful. Her goal is to help business owners understand what AI can realistically do, where it makes sense for their business and how to take a practical first step.
