is the Founder & CEO of , an AI coaching platform helping people become more influential in the conversations that matter from sales to leadership, and career-defining moments. With a background in talent development, sales enablement, and learning, Ioanna has worked at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and professional development.
She is passionate about helping people use AI not simply to work faster, but to become better communicators, leaders, and decision-makers.
Ioanna is also a TEDx speaker and researcher focused on human-AI collaboration, influence, and the future of work. Through Dextego and the Influence Institute, she explores a simple question: How can technology help us become more human and more effective in the conversations that shape our careers?
