Join us for the Aging in Place Senior Support – Resources Forum, a community conversation created to help seniors, caregivers, and families better understand the resources and options available when navigating changes in housing, healthcare, finances, and long-term care.
This informative event will feature a panel of professionals representing nursing and healthcare, nursing home administration, financial/billing services, PACE community resources, mental health, hospice social work, and senior support services.
