About this Event
Welcome to Agent Exchange
The Self-Employed Agent Sessions
Created by agents. For agents. Learn, share, grow.
Making the move into self-employed agency can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also bring challenges that you may not have experienced before.
Suddenly, you're not just an estate agent.
You're building a business.
You're responsible for prospecting, winning instructions, marketing, compliance, systems, finances, your pipeline and keeping yourself motivated, often while working independently.
And sometimes, you simply need to be in a room with other agents who understand it.
That's why we're launching Agent Exchange.
Agent Exchange is a new series of quarterly, in-person sessions designed to support agents navigating the world of self-employed estate agency.
The idea is simple.
Bring agents together to learn, share experiences, ask questions, develop their skills and support one another.
Future Agent Exchange sessions will explore the subjects that can make a genuine difference when building a self-employed agency business, including:
- Winning more listings
- Prospecting and generating opportunities
- Objection handling
- CRM and technology
- Company set-up and compliance
- Understanding your finances
- Running your business
- Motivation and accountability
- The realities of working for yourself
- Dealing with self-doubt and those inevitable difficult days
Agent Exchange isn't designed to replace the relationship you have with your sponsor or the support already available to you.
It's something alongside it.
A chance to get out from behind the laptop, meet other agents in person and learn together.
Session 01: Mastering Loop CRM
For our very first Agent Exchange, we're starting with something practical.
How well are you really using Loop?
Your CRM should be much more than somewhere you add properties, applicants and viewing notes.
Used properly, it should become one of the most valuable tools within your business.
So we've invited Alex Michael, Software Trainer at Loop, to join us in London for an in-person training day dedicated to helping agents get more from the platform.
We'll delve deeper into Loop, looking at its functionality, workflows and some of the hints and tips you might not yet be using.
The aim?
To help you understand how to get your CRM working with you rather than simply being another system you have to update.
Alex will lead the main training during the morning, taking us through Loop in detail.
The afternoon will then become more interactive, with an opportunity to ask questions, explore particular areas further and, where possible, spend some one-to-one time with Alex.
Bring your laptop. Bring your questions. And bring the things in Loop you've always wondered if there was a better way of doing.
Who is this session for?
This first Agent Exchange is particularly suited to:
- New eXp agents who want to understand Loop properly from the beginning.
- Agents in their first year who have mastered the basics but know there is more they could be doing.
- Established eXp agents who want to refresh or improve how they use their CRM.
- Anyone who finds themselves saying, “I know Loop can do that... I just don't know how!”
Because Session 01 focuses specifically on Loop, this event is primarily aimed at eXp agents using the platform.
Future Agent Exchange sessions will cover much broader aspects of self-employed estate agency and will be relevant to a wider audience, including agents operating within other self-employed models and those considering making the move from traditional agency.
Time
09:00 – 16:00
Please arrive in good time to get settled before we begin promptly at 09:30.
We may finish before 16:00 depending on the Q&A and needs of the group. If we do, you're welcome to head off or stay, grab a drink and network with your fellow agents.
Venue
A huge thank you to Dye & Durham, who have kindly provided the venue for our first Agent Exchange.

Tickets
£20 per person | Limited to 30 places
Loop charges £600 inc. VAT to deliver the training day. With 30 places available, the £20 ticket price simply covers this cost - Agent Exchange makes no profit from ticket sales.
Keeping the group to 30 also means we can make the day more interactive and give everyone greater opportunity to ask questions.
Once all 30 places are taken, registration will close.
What to bring
Please bring your laptop.
This is intended to be a practical session, so having your laptop with you means you can follow along, explore your own CRM and put what you're learning into practice.
We'd also suggest arriving with a few questions. Think about anything within Loop that you don't understand, rarely use, find time-consuming or suspect you could be doing more effectively.
Tea & Coffee
Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day.
Lunch
Lunch will not be provided.
There are plenty of options close to the venue where you can grab something during the lunch break.

Three self-employed agents. One shared idea.
Agent Exchange was created from a shared belief that there is real value in getting agents together in person.
Not another WhatsApp group.
Not another webinar playing in the background while you're answering emails.
A room where you can ask questions, learn something useful, meet other agents and have honest conversations with people navigating many of the same challenges.
We don't claim to have all the answers, and that's not what Agent Exchange is about.
It's about bringing together our experiences, our wider network, fellow agents and experts who can offer practical knowledge and support.
A place where agents can come together to exchange ideas, ask the questions they might not otherwise ask, build connections and take something useful back into their business.
Created by agents. For agents.
Learn. Share. Grow.
