About this Event

About the event

Mary Immaculate College (MIC) is hosting an Age-Friendly AI training workshop on Wednesday, September 30th.

Whether you are new to Artificial Intelligence (AI) or have already tried this technology, you are invited to join the Age-Friendly AI initiative, in collaboration with MIC, for a relaxed and friendly workshop at the CRAFT Maker Space. No prior knowledge is required to join the event - everyone is welcome.

As AI is now part of many everyday products and services, this session provides a supportive space to discuss where it is used and how to spot it. This training programme is the result of a year-long series of conversations with older adults across Ireland, with whom this programme was co-developed.

Registrations are free and open to the public, but places at the CRAFT Maker Space are limited. Book your free ticket here via Eventbrite to reserve your spot.

We are looking forward to seeing you at our event!
