Join us for an Trade Event to discuss all things agave: afternoon of exploration, industry insight and exceptional spirits.
Spirit Cartel invites you to an exclusive trade tasting and panel discussion at one of London's favourite Mexican bars, El Siete. This is a free, trade-only event designed for bartenders, hospitality teams and drinks industry professionals who want to deepen their agave knowledge and build commercially successful agave-led menus.

• How to use agave spirits effectively in cocktails and menus in the UK market

Guests will be welcomed with a bespoke arrival cocktail created in partnership with El Siete.
AFTER THE EVENT
Stay on after 5pm – book your table at El Siete to coninue the evening of tequila cocktail. The first 3 tables booked to stay on after the event will receive a bottle of Cascahuin Tequila to take home. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TABLE BOOKED you may be asked to leave at 17:00.
