• The Discovery Flight: Kick off with a curated mini flight featuring tequila, mezcal, and Sotol. We will walk you through the origins, production methods, and distinct profiles of each.
• Your Drink, Built for You: Choose from a lineup of three signature cocktails, crafted to order by our team to match your palate.
• House of Infusion Tasting: Take your exploration further with a bespoke pour from our house-infused spirits library, matched precisely to what you like to drink.
• Step Behind the Bar: Take the shaker into your own hands. Choose between a classic Paloma, a Margarita, or a smoky Mezcal Negroni, and craft your drink with our bartenders guiding the build.
