MLG x Linné Elementary School Arts Fund! We love Carl Von Linné Elementary, home of our Egg-cademy. Join us in the Mindful Living Garden on Thursday, October 8, for a special HH to learn about the Linné Arts fund (and try some special drinks!)From the Linné Arts Fund: Every Carl von Linné student has access to Culinary Arts, Joffrey Ballet, Musical Theatre, Jazz Philharmonic, Hip Hop Dance, Music, and more — regardless of whether their family can afford private lessons. These programs cost more than $100,000 each year, and CPS funding no longer covers the full cost. That’s why we’re launching the Linné Arts Fund, with a goal of raising $50,000 this year.
At MLG, Linné parents will serve up specialty cocktails and mocktails inspired by the school's Culinary Arts program. They will talk about the Linné Arts Program, and how our Avondale community can help protect the in-school arts programs that make Carl von Linne special.
How you can help: Donate in person at the Happy Hour or online here anytime where you can learn more about Linne’s Arts opportunities. Thank you for helping us build a tradition of community support that keeps the arts thriving at Linné.
