Sounds from Africa – A Celebration of Music, Culture and Unity

In celebration of Africa Day Fingal 2026, Children 4 World Children (C4WC) International proudly presents “Sounds from Africa”, a vibrant cultural event dedicated to celebrating the diversity and global influence of African music. This year’s celebration highlights the richness of African musical traditions and contemporary sounds, while promoting cultural exchange, community wellbeing, and unity among diverse communities in Ireland.

The event will showcase the cultural, artistic, and social significance of African music, from traditional rhythms to modern genres such as Afrobeats, Amapiano, and Afro-fusion. It will also provide a platform for African artists, dancers, and cultural practitioners to share talents, cultural heritage, inspire young people, and strengthen connections between African and Irish communities.
