Wheelchair & companion seating is available with a 1 to 1 arrangement on three different levels for most events and on the floor when configuration allows. Note: for events where accessible seating is offered on the floor, patrons should be aware that seats are not on a riser so may be obstructed.
Additional companion seats must be purchased in sections nearby so that guests requiring accessible seating on our wheelchair platforms can be accommodated. Depending on show configuration and production requirements, some sections may not be available for all events.
Rogers Arena is fully accessible with a separate dedicateddrop off/pick up entrance (located at Gate 16 on Abbott St.).
Patrons that are picking up tickets at Will Call can arrange with the Guests with Disabilities Office by calling: (604)899-7440, or the Pepsi Live Ticket Centre, to have their tickets held for them at the WC entrance. (located at Gate 16).
