A balanced aerial yoga workshop combining gentle flowing movement with deep, supported stretching, designed to help you build strength, release tension and leave feeling both relaxed and empowered.
Using the aerial hammock for support, we’ll move through a series of flowing sequences to warm the body, build confidence and explore movement in a light, playful way. The hammock allows you to access shapes and transitions that might feel less available on the ground, while also supporting stability and control.
As the session progresses, the focus shifts towards longer, more restorative stretches, using the fabric to safely deepen into the body and encourage a sense of release. Expect a gradual transition from movement into stillness, finishing with time to rest and reset in the hammock.
This workshop includes:
- Gentle aerial flows to build strength, coordination and mobility
- Supported stretches to improve flexibility and release tight areas
