Get your feet off the ground and experience the many benefits of suspension, inversions, deep floating relaxation and add a whole new dimension to your Yoga practice!
In this class you will be guided through a simple Aerial Vinyasa sequence using our beautiful Aerial hammocks as a prop. The development of increased mind-body and spatial awareness, upper body and core strength, flexibility, and stability through holding challenging yoga poses longer (10-20 breaths) are emphasized in this class.
*NO JEWELRY: to protect our hammocks, all jewelry must be removed prior to class, this includes: rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, etc.
*Mat rentals available for $5, best to bring your own mat if you have one
