North Miami Beach, we can’t wait to meet you!
We’re Jon Smith Subs—JSS for short—and we’re bringing fresh ingredients, bold flavors, hearty subs, and a whole lot of heart to your neighborhood.
Our signature Steak Bomb is ready for its NMB debut, but what we’re most excited about is welcoming YOU. The families, neighbors, local workers, and friends who make this community feel like home.
Come celebrate our grand opening, bring someone you love, and let us introduce you to your new neighborhood sub spot.
