This 2-hour beginner–intermediate workshop is all about connection, creativity and the magic of moving together in the air.
You’ll be taught a collection of shapes, sequences and transitions designed specifically for two — from poses and mirrored movements to partner interactions and combinations.
We’ll explore how to share the hoop, find balance and create the ‘illusion’ of effortless choreography.
No previous duo experience is necessary, but a basic familiarity with aerial hoop is.
Expect plenty of laughter, challenge and creativity.
Come with a partner or come solo and meet someone new — either way, you’ll leave with your hoop skills expanded and the confidence to start creating your own double act.
