Explore the aerial hammock as a tool for mobility, strength, skill development and recovery in this two-hour workshop with Petr Morozov and Ksenia Gundarova.
You’ll work with supported stretching and functional flexibility; grip, core and upper-body strength; balance and coordination; handstand preparation; gentle traction and decompression; and techniques for relaxation and recovery.
Whether you’re a yogi, fitness enthusiast or simply curious about aerial movement, this workshop offers a practical and adaptable introduction. No circus or gymnastics background is required.
About Petr Morozov
Petr is a Strength and Mobility Coach and Movement Specialist with more than 13 years of experience coaching athletes, including Cirque du Soleil performers. His training includes AntiGravity certifications across multiple modalities, along with Kinesiology, Pilates and NCSF certifications. His approach combines biomechanics, strength, functional mobility, body awareness and recovery.
About Ksenia Gundarova
Ksenia is an aerialist and coach with 10 years of aerial experience and certification through Aerial Physique. Her approach is technical, creative and practical, with adaptable methods designed for adults—including those without previous circus or gymnastics experience.
